This hotel was gorgeous! The staff were so nice and helpful. It is in a great location and has so many shops and restaurants within walking distance or short drive. We arrived around 9:00 the first night.....checked in and then left to eat and hang out. We came back to the hotel to park at 12:02am which saved us from paying $20.00 for a day of parking-just a thought! We had such a great weekend and will stay here if we make it back to Atlanta.

There was a lot of renovations going on at the hotel the noise was deafening we were not told of this work in advance it ruined our stay

Drab. Depressing interior design. Stark with wallpaper peeling off walls. Water temp screwed up! No lobby due to being under construction! Very noisy!

There was remodling and construction going on in the lobby so it was annoying to hear all the drilling. I think the price could have been lower because of the noise level.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, downtown Atlanta which made it easy to get to the shopping mall and places of interest.

It was nice and location was great.

All of the taxes and fees really put a damper on our stay. Not having free wifi in a hotel like yours makes you seem greedy and cheap.

Extremely clean and very nicely appointed.

Check your bill! Numerous charges were not authentic. (They were removed at check out.) They block usage of Ipad, and phones from internet so you have to pay for each $9 a day and then tax their usage. Parking is $20 and $30-valet. Tipping is unbelievable. They jump on the elevatorto push buttons, grab your bags, and never have enough towels, so housekeeping has to bring more, with their hands out.

I enjoyed the location, the service and the ambiance.

The parking was not as convenient as other hotels.

Too much billing for the internet, because you pay for each iphone and laptop separate bills......too much Also, no transportation to Atlanta city

We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were great the foyer is quite nice. Loved the Japanese garden and outdoor area.

To be honest a little disappointed that the room was not as luxurious as I had expected from Hyatt. The room had a slight smell of being moldy possibly coming from the air conditioning unit. I was quite shocked that in a down economy a bottle of water is $4 - rather excessive and certainly takes the edge of the other wise welcoming atmosphere.

I really like the location and the luxury of the hotel .

No complimentary on anything . Not even the bottled water in the room .Also, I reserved a room with a King bed and at check-in they tell me they only had a double available . That is not what I reserved and I expected to get what I reserved . I eventually did get the room I reserved . I did not feel good about that encounter at all .
